People ask what I do. The honest answer is several things, and they are not the same job.

The paid practice. I sit with whoever actually does the job, map the real process, and only then talk about automation. Assess → Simplify → Automate → Train. Humans stay in the loop for money, access, deletes, and anything else that shouldn't fire on its own. If AI isn't the answer, I say that on the first call.

I keep the doors labeled because I have watched too many shops glue five businesses onto one homepage and then wonder why nobody knows what to do next. Same rule I use on client work: don't automate a mess. Don't publish one either.
