    How to play

    1. Climb TheCipherLadder. Each rung is a logic cipher: five items, one secret order.
    2. Arrange items so every clue is true, then Submit.
    3. After every submit you see the ladder — your height, your rung, and how skinny it’s getting.
    4. Clear a rung → climb higher. Difficulty rises and the ladder narrows. Fall → that’s your height for the day.
    5. Same daily ladder for everyone. Streaks reward coming back.
